Concerns and complaints

Dealing with concerns

If you have a concern regarding your child, the following steps will help you to re-solve it as quickly as possible.

Step 1. Speak to your child’s class teacher - making an appointment to see them before or after school is advisable as they need to be supervising the children at the start and end of the school day.

Step 2. Speak to the Key Stage leader responsible for your child’s Key Stage

Miss Davies for Reception, Class 1 and Class 2

Mr Air for Classes 3 - 6

Step 3. Speak to the Deputy Head, Mr Walters- book a convenient time at the office.

Step 4. If you still feel that your concern has not been resolved, you may then wish to make an appointment to speak to the Headteacher, Mrs Maskell, via the School Office.

We follow the Dudley MBC Complaints Policy which is currently under review and will be available on this page once complete. In the meantime, should you need a paper copy of the relevant policy please ask at the School Office.
