I am delighted to announce that our school has started its participation with the NSPCC Speak Out. Stay Safe. programme. This initiative aims to educate children about the importance of speaking out and staying safe from abuse. This week, our children have actively engaged in the initial assemblies and associated discussions, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to protect themselves and their peers. This will continue next week with some additional teacher led sessions. We will also welcome the local NSPCC Schools’ Programme Officer to Dawley Brook for some focused sessions with Year 5 and Year 6. I would like to express my gratitude to the NSPCC for their valuable contribution to the safety and wellbeing of our school community.
